小儿肺咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素对喘息性支气管炎患儿肺功能及炎性因子的影响

Effects of Xiao′er Feike Granules Combined with Azithromycin on Lung Function and Inflammatory Cytokines in Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis

摘要: 目的:观察小儿肺咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素对喘息性支气管炎患儿肺功能及炎性因子的影响。方法:将我院收治的90例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。分别口服阿奇霉素,小儿肺咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素,疗程均为5 d。观察治疗前后患儿的临床症状,肺功能及炎性因子,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组患儿总有效率97.7%(43/44),高于对照组的80.5%(33/41)(P<0.05)。 观察组患儿临床症状消失时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05 )。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组患儿肺功能提高(P<0.05 ),炎性因子降低(P<0.05 )。两组患儿不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿肺咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素可有效改善喘息性支气管炎患儿的肺功能及炎性因子水平。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of xiao′er feike granules combined with azithromycin on lung function and inflammatory cytokines in children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods: 90 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and 45 cases in each group. Azithromycin, xiao′er feike granules combined with azithromycin were given respectively in the two groups for 5 d. The clinical symptoms, lung function and inflammatory cytokines were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 97.7% (43/44) in the observation group, which was higher than 80.5% (33/41) in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, the lung function in the observation group was improved (P<0.05), and the inflammatory cytokines were reduced (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Xiao′er feike granules combined with azithromycin can effectively improve lung function and inflammatory cytokines in children with asthmatic bronchitis.
