Abstract: There were many case reports of all internal organs reverse in anatomy and adult cases， and generally there was no abnormal clinical manifestations， and it mostly were found when treating other diseases or carrying out physical examination. The cause is not clear at present， and due to the lack of typical clinical manifestations， missed diagnosis is common. The case report of children all internal organs reverse is rare. This article was reported about a case of 11 months all internal organs reverse infant with bronchial pneumonia symptoms， including the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis. The treatment process had no obvious difference with other ordinary bronchop neumonia children. The case report has important significance and reference value for the diagnosis of children with all internal organs reverse.
