八年制临床医学专业医学生科研能力 培养体系的探索与实践

摘要: 如何有效加强八年制临床医学专业医学生科研能力的培养,是目前我国八年制医学教育重点关注的问题之一。清华大学医学院八年制临床医学专业结合我国医学人才的培养需求,提出了“医师科学家”的培养目标、“3+2+3”医学博士学位培养模式,建立了“八年一贯制三阶段科研能力培养体系”。该培养体系分为3个阶段:前3年是以课程设置、“走进实验室”、大学生科研训练计划等为主的科研启蒙阶段;中间2年是以海外科研训练为主的科研训练阶段;后3年则是以临床医学科研为主的临床科研阶段。三阶段培养体系以医学科研能力培养为导向,突出“国际视野”,注重在不同阶段设置不同的教学内容、培养方式和考核要求,是医学生科研能力培养体系的有效探索和创新实践,深受学生欢迎。本研究基于教学实践,详细阐述清华大学医学院临床医学专业八年制医学生科研能力培养体系的构建,并展开思考,旨在进一步加强高校医学生的科研素养和科研能力,为今后医学生临床工作的科研创新奠定基础。

Abstract: How to cultivate the research capability of medical students is the key issue for eight-year medical education in China.Combined with the talent cultivation demand, the MD program of Tsinghua University put forward the training target of "physician scientists", the training mode of “3+2+3” eight-year MD program, and has established the “eight-year three-stage scientific research training system”. This training system consists of three stages.The former three years are the enlightenment stage of medical scientific research, which includes curriculum, "approaching the laboratory", and SRT plan, etc.The middle two years are the scientific research training stage,which mainly focuses on overseas scientific research training. The last three years are the clinical scientific research stage,which mainly focuses on clinical medical research. The three-stage training system is oriented to the cultivation of medical scientific research capability, highlights the "international vision", pays attention to the settings of different teaching contents, training methods and assessment requirements at different stages. It is highly welcomed by students and is an effective exploration and innovative practice of scientific research training system for medical students. Based on teaching practice, this study elaborates the scientific research training system of Tsinghua eight-year MD program, and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of scientific research training system of eight-year medical students, in order to further strengthen the scientific research literacy and capability of medical students, and lay a foundation for the scientific research innovation of clinical works in the future.
