摘要: 目的:对网售儿童化妆品整体情况及安全性进行分析,旨在为国家对儿童类化妆品的监督管理提供参考,为企业研发更安全有效的产品提供思路,为消费者选择产品传递正确的观念。方法:利用互联网公开数据,对儿童化妆品功效宣称、剂型等进行统计分析,并对近期电商网站销量最高的25款儿童保湿霜的相关信息进行整理,构建成分、安全风险等一系列维度的知识图谱,通过相关算法进行数据挖掘分析。结果与结论:基于对高不良反应率产品的成分分析,本研究指出需重点关注的风险成分,在评估儿童化妆品的安全性时,应基于成分的具体安全风险、产品不良反应情况等众多维度进行综合判断。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the overview and safety of children′s cosmetics sold online, to provide a reference for the national supervision and management of children′s cosmetics, give ideas for enterprises to develop safer and more effective products, and convey the correct concept for consumers to choose products.Methods:Public data from the internet was used to conduct statistical analysis of the efficacy claims, dosage forms of children′s cosmetics, and collated the evaluation, composition and other related data of the 25 moisturizers for children, which with the highest sales volume on e-commerce websites recently. Meanwhile, this study constructed the knowledge graph from a series of dimensions such as ingredients and safety risks, and conducted data mining and analysis through relevant algorithms. Results and Conclusion:Based on the ingredient analysis of products with high adverse reaction rates, this study points out the risk components that need more attention. Therefore, when assessing the safety of children′s cosmetics, comprehensive judgment should be made based on the specific safety risks of the ingredients, product adverse reactions and other dimensions.
