摘要: 循证教学(evidence-based teaching,EBT)作为一种新的教学实践模式,是指在特定的教学环境下,在具备业务素质和水平管理者的协调下,基于当前可获得的最佳教学研究证据,结合教育者教学技能、经验和智慧,充分考虑受教育者意愿和价值观的基础上进行教学实践。循证教学的出现,必将对传统教学方式产生影响,但并不能否定和取代所有的传统教学方式,而是对传统教学方式的补充和完善。循证教学主要涉及教育者、受教育者、证据和管理者4个要素,最大的挑战是来自循证教学相关证据的生产、综合、评价和转化。循证教学是以证据为基础的教学,其核心内容和基本精神就是寻找证据、分析证据和运用证据,以做出科学合理的教学决策。鉴于此,本研究基于循证教学和证据生态系统理念,构建了医药学教学证据生态系统,对高校如何推动基于证据的循证教学进行探索研究,以期为发展循证教学提供借鉴和策略。

Abstract: Eevidence-based teaching(EBT),as a new teaching practice mode,refers to that in a specific teaching environment, under the coordination of managers with professional ability and level, based on the best teaching research evidence currently available,combining the teaching skills,experience and wisdom of educators, teaching practice is carried out on the basis of fully considering the wishes and values of the educatees.The emergence of EBT will definitely have an impact on traditional teaching methods. However, it cannot deny and replace all traditional teaching methods, but complement and improve traditional teaching methods. EBT mainly involves 4 elements: educators, educatees, evidence and managers.The biggest challenge is the production, synthesis, evaluation and transformation of related evidences. EBT is based on evidence. Its core content and basic spirit is to find evidence, analyze evidence and use evidence to make scientific and reasonable teaching decisions.In view of this,based on the concept of EBT and evidence ecosystem, this study constructs an evidence ecosystem for medical teaching, and explores how to promote EBT in universities,in order to provide reference and strategies for the development of EBT.
