国外医院药房自动化和数据利用的发展及对我国医院药学服务的思考

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 医院药房自动化已成为全球发展趋势，是提高药学服务质量的重要手段，也为药房数据的充分利用提供了技术支持。药房数据分析拓展了对真实世界的探究，能让药师更好参与到临床治疗中。新技术的发展大幅提高了患者用药安全性，提升药学服务质量和效率，并对药师的未来发展提出新的要求；同时也带来了研究结果的偏差、大数据利用的伦理问题及对数据存储和处理的技术需求等挑战。本研究对国外医院药房配药自动化和大数据利用的发展情况进行介绍，主要包括条形码药物管理系统、自动配药系统和自动静脉注射系统等自动化技术；电子处方和电子健康档案的普及、临床路径和临床实践指南的完善，多重用药管理和药物重整等药学服务项目。我国医院药学服务应在借鉴国外先进技术理念的基础上，从基层医院硬件及软件系统开始改善，加大对医疗大数据利用的关注。

Abstract: Hospital pharmacy automation has become a global trend， is an important means to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care， and also provides technical support for the full utilization of pharmacy data.Pharmacy big data expands the exploration of the real world and allows pharmacists to participate in clinical treatment.The advantages of the new technology are to greatly improve medication safety， improve the quality and efficiency of service， and put forward new insights on the future development of pharmacists. However， it also brings challenges such as the bias in research results， the ethical issues of big data and the technical requirements for data storage and processing. This paper aims to introduce the development of pharmacy automatic dispensing technology and big data utilization in foreign hospitals， including barcode medication administration， automated drug dispensing systems and intravenous automated workflow systems； also including the popularization of electronic prescribing and electronic health records， the improvement of clinical pathways and clinical practice guidelines， the completion of polypharmacy management and medication reconciliation and other pharmaceutical care programs. The pharmaceutical care in our hospitals could be based on the advanced technology and concept of foreign countries.It could start from the hardware and software systems of grassroots hospitals improving， and pay more attention to the medical big data.
