当归多糖的提取纯化及其结构和活性的研究进展

摘要:

当归具有调血补血、舒经活络、润燥滑肠及通便等功效,被称为“补血圣药”。从当归中分离出的多糖成分是其重要的活性物质之一。功能研究表明,当归多糖具有免疫调节、帮助造血、抑制肿瘤生长、抗氧化及抗衰老等多种药理学活性。结构研究表明,当归多糖的结构是其生物学活性的基础。此外,不同的提取、分离及纯化方法对当归提取物中多糖的含量和纯度会产生不同程度的影响,进而影响其生物学活性和临床应用效果。本研究通过查阅、分析及总结国内外相关文献和研究,就当归多糖的提取和纯化方法进行综述,系统总结当归多糖的组成和结构,并对当归多糖的免疫调节、抗肿瘤、诱导造血、抗氧化及抗衰老等生物学活性进行综述,以期为当归多糖的进一步开发利用提供理论支持。

Abstract:

Angelica sinensis has the effects of regulating and tonifying blood activating meridians and collaterals moisturizing dryness and lubricating intestines and promoting bowel movements. It is known as the "holy herb for nourishing blood". The polysaccharide component isolated from Angelica sinensis is one of its important active substances. Functional studies have shown that angelica polysaccharide has various pharmacological activities including immune regulation assistance in hematopoiesis suppressing tumor growth antioxidation and anti-aging. Structural studies have shown that the structure of angelica polysaccharide is the basis of its biological activity. In addition different extraction separation and purification methods can have varying degrees of impact on the content and purity of polysaccharide in Angelica sinensis extract and then affect its biological activity and clinical application effect. This study reviews the extraction and purification methods of angelica polysaccharide by reviewing analyzing and summarizing relevant literature and researches. The composition and structure of angelica polysaccharide are systematically summarizedand the biological activities of angelica polysaccharide such as immune regulation anti-tumor hematopoietic induction antioxidant and anti-aging are reviewed in this study. The aim is to provide theoretical support for the further development and utilization of angelica polysaccharide.
