Abstract:

Objective： To analyze the published literature on research hospital construction in China and understand the research status and development direction in this field.Methods： The literatures with "research hospital" in the title were searched in three Chinese literature databases （CNKI， Wanfang and VIP）， and information such as the names of all authors， affiliations of all authors， funding， Chinese abstracts， and keywords for each literature were collected. Cluster analysis and mapping were performed using the literature visualization analysis module of CNKI and other software.Results： The literature on the construction of research hospital in China was first published in 2003， and as of December 2022， there were 752 articles， of which 37 were supported by funds. The unit with the most published articles was Chinese PLA General Hospital， and the medium with the most published articles was Hospital Administration Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army. The most frequently occurring keyword was "hospital management".Conclusion： At present， the construction of research hospitals in China is mainly carried out in public hospitals （especially affiliated hospitals of medical colleges）. The main content of the construction is to optimize the management work at both the hospital and department levels through institutional reform and the establishment of assessment indicators， in order to improve the comprehensive medical research strength of the hospital. The construction goal is to continuously improve medical innovation capabilities， promote the rapid development of medical technology， and more effectively treat major diseases， and to further solve the bottleneck problem in medical and health field in China.
