Analysis of the Prevalence Characteristics of Human Brucellosis in Guancheng District of Zhengzhou City from 2018 to 2023

摘要:

目的:分析郑州市管城回族区20182023年人间布鲁氏菌病(简称“布病”)流行病学特征,旨在为布病防控提供技术支持。方法:选取国家传染病信息报告管理系统中的布病疫情相关信息及郑州市管城区布病病例的流调报告数据,采用描述性研究方法进行分析。结果:20182023年郑州市管城区每年布病病例报告数呈增长趋势,以上半年发病为主(71.43%),3月份发病最多;男性病例占比较大(64.28%);40~59岁人群高发(64.28%);农民、退休和家务及待业人群多发(57.14%);传播途径以切割生羊肉(非屠宰工)造成的直接接触传播为主(57.14%);传染源涉及辖区内和辖区外,以辖区内为主(50.00%);回族与汉族发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:切割生羊肉是本辖区布病发病的主要危险因素,可通过戴手套进行预防,手部皮肤破损者不接触未经检疫的生羊肉;本辖区布病病例少与禁止饲养家畜、禁止私人屠宰有关;应加大对全人群的布病宣传,进一步完善食品安全监管和动物疫情防控体系,减少布病发生。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Guancheng district of Zhengzhou city from 2018 to 2023 and provide scientific basis for improving brucellosis control strategy.Methods: The relevant data from China Disease Control and Prevention Information System and case investigation data of brucellosis cases in Guancheng district of Zhengzhou city were collected and the descriptive epidemiological method was used for analysis.Results: From 2018 to 2023 the annual number of brucellosis cases reported in Guancheng district of Zhengzhou city showed an increasing trend. The majority of cases occurred in the first half of the year 71.43%), with the highest incidence in March. Male cases are more common 64.28%. The population aged 40-59 has higher incidence rate 64.28%. Farmers retirees and unemployed individuals are more common in the cases 57.14%. The main transmission route is direct contact transmission caused by cutting raw lamb meat non slaughter workers) (57.14%. The source of infection involves both within and outside Guancheng district mainly within the district 50.00%. There was no significant difference in incidence rate between Hui and Han nationalities P>0.05.Conclusion: Cutting raw mutton is the main risk factor of brucellosis in this district which can be prevented by wearing gloves. The low occurrence of brucellosis in this district is related to the prohibition of raising livestock and private slaughtering. It is necessary to increase the publicity of brucellosis further improve the food safety supervision and animal epidemic prevention and control system and reduce the occurrence of brucellosis.
