口服新型复合水溶性膳食纤维对超重/肥胖伴轻度高脂血症患者脂代谢影响的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of the Effects of Oral Administration of Novel Complex Water-Soluble Dietary Fiber on Lipid Metabolism in Overweight or Obese Patients with Mild Hyperlipidemia

摘要:

 目的:探讨口服新型复合水溶性膳食纤维联合饮食运动干预对超重/肥胖伴轻度高脂血症患者脂代谢及体成分的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验设计,将80例超重/肥胖伴轻度高脂血症患者分为试验组(A组,n=40)和对照组(B组,n=40)。A组接受新型复合水溶性膳食纤维(每日20 g)联合标准化饮食运动干预,B组仅接受饮食运动干预,持续12周。收集受试者一般情况,比较两组营养素摄入情况、体成分分析指标(体脂百分比、体脂重、去脂体重、肌肉重、蛋白质、无机盐、总体水、细胞外液、细胞内液)及血清学指标(ASTALTTPALB、球蛋白、TBILDBILIBILGGTALPGLUCreaBUNTCTGLDL-CHDL-CAST/ALT、白/球蛋白比、TC/HDL-C、非-HDL-C)的变化。结果:干预后,A组膳食纤维摄入量高于B组(P<0.05),脂肪摄入量低于B组(P<0.05)。A组基础代谢率(Δ=-7.74 kcal·d-1)体脂百分比(Δ=-0.01%)、体脂重(Δ=-0.48 kg)及血脂指标减少量(TC Δ=-0.25 mmol·L-1LDL-C Δ=-0.09 mmol·L-1、非HDL-C Δ=-0.13 mmol·L-1)优于B组(P<0.05)。ATC/HDL-C比值增加程度低于B组(Δ=0.18 vs 0.36P<0.05),且未发现肝肾毒性。结论:口服新型复合水溶性膳食纤维联合生活方式干预可有效改善超重/肥胖伴轻度高脂血症患者的体脂分布及脂代谢紊乱。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the effects of oral novel composite soluble dietary fiber combined with diet and exercise intervention on lipid metabolism and body composition in overweight or obese patients with mild hyperlipidemia.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 80 overweight or obese patients with mild hyperlipidemia. Participants were divided into two groups the intervention groupGroup An=40 receiving novel composite soluble dietary fiber20 g/day plus standardized diet and exercise and the control groupGroup Bn=40 receiving diet and exercise alone for 12 weeks. Collect general information about subjects Nutrient intake body composition analysis indexesbody fat percentage body fat weight fat removal weight muscle weight protein inorganic salt total water extracellular fluid intracellular fluid and blood lipid indexesAST ALT TP ALB globulin TBIL DBIL IBIL GGT ALP GLU Crea BUN TC TG LDL-C HDL-C AST/ALT white/globulin ratio TC/HDL-C non-HDL-C changes were compared between the two groups.Results: After intervention Group A showed significantly higher dietary fiber intakeP<0.05 and lower fat intakeP<0.05 compared to Group B. Group A demonstrated greater reductions in basal metabolic rate Δ=-7.74 kcal·d-1), body fat percentageΔ=-0.01%), fat massΔ=-0.48 kg), and lipid parametersTC Δ=-0.25 mmol·L-1 LDL-C Δ=-0.09 mmol·L-1 non-HDL-C Δ=-0.13 mmol·L-1P<0.05. The increase of TC/HDL-C ratio in group A was lower than that in group BΔ=0.18 vs 0.36P<0.05), with no adverse effects on liver or kidney function.Conclusion: Oral administration of new composite water-soluble dietary fiber combined with lifestyle intervention can effectively improve the body fat distribution and lipid metabolism disorders in overweight or obesity patients with mild hyperlipidemia.
