摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的临床表现及影像学检查的诊断价值。方法：对17例经病理证实的GIST的临床及影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果：17例GIST患者中发生于胃10例，小肠6例，其他部位1例。肿块平均直径5.9cm，CT肿块呈密度均匀6例，不均匀11例。增强后均匀强化6例，不均匀强化11例。结论：GIST的CT表现有一定的特征性，在GIST诊断中起重要作用。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To study the value of imaging examination and the clinical manifestation in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Methods:17 cases of GIST clinical and imaging data,which was confirmed by pathology,were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The CT appearances of 17 GIST cases as follows:10 cases were found in the stomach,6 cases in small intestine,1 case in other parts.The average diameter of the tumor was 5.9 cm.Homogeneous density was seen in 6 cases,uneven in 11 cases. In contrast enhanced CT scanning,6 cases were even enhancement,11 uneven enhancement. Conclusion:The CT manifestation of GIST is considerably characteristic and plays an important role in the diagnosis of GIST.
