Abstract: 【Abstract 】 objective:explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment combined facial nerve injury methods in February 2012 - February 2014 in our hospital for craniocerebral injury with facial nerve in the treatment of 64 patients were divided into two groups, observation group was treated by operation, the control group with traditional physical therapy, observe the two groups of treatment in general, and facial nerve recovery.Results observation group hospitalization time, bed time and number of pain were significantly shorter than the control group （7.2±2.1 vs 11.5±1.8、5.4±1.3 vs 8.9±2.5、3.1±1.5 vs 6.8±1.9）， the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05);Observation group of patients with facial nerve recovery rate is significantly higher than control group (93.75% vs 59.38%), the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05).Conclusion early surgical treatment of craniocerebral injury with facial nerve damage, which can effectively reduce the patients' hospitalization time, bed time and painful times, improve the effect of the recovery of facial nerve.
