摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过案例介绍蒋健教授用麻子仁丸治疗脾约证的经验及其学术思想。蒋健教授认为：脾约证乃是以脾胃（为主）及其相关脏腑功能紊乱，津液代谢失常而偏渗，导致同时出现“大便鞭”和“小便数”的病证；麻子仁丸主要通过润肠通便的途径，恢复相关脏腑津液代谢功能，从而纠正津液偏渗；脾约证之“大便鞭”是否同时具有“小便数”，是与一般性便秘的鉴别点；脾约证之“小便数”，还当与淋证等病证作出鉴别。诊断脾约证最有力的证据便是用麻子仁丸治疗以后，“大便鞭”与“小便数”能同步改善，或“小便数”能改善。脾约证是客观存在的，用麻子仁丸治疗脾约证是有效的。

Abstract: By listing proven cases， this article analyzes on Professor Jiang Jian′s innovative and unique clinical experience and academic thinking of the application of Ma Zi Ren Wan to release Straightened spleen pattern. Professor Jiang Jian raises a point that Straightened spleen pattern is a syndrome that the function of the spleen-stomach and its related viscera disorders so that the metabolism of body fluid disorders and body fluid can not be distributed to the intestine， but to the urinary bladder，leading to“constipation”and “frequent urination”.Ma Zi Ren Wan can restore the function of body fluid in metabolism and correct the distribution of body fluid by moistening the intestine and promoting bowel movement.Whether the “constipation”and“frequent urination”appear at the same time is the most difference of general constipation.We should also distinguish the difference between “frequent urination”and strangury patterns. The most powerful evidence of diagnosing Straightened spleen pattern is that “constipation” and “frequent urination”at the same time are improved， or “frequent urination”is improved after trearment with Ma Zi Ren Wan.Straightened spleen pattern exists objectively，and the application of Ma Zi Ren Wan to release straigthened spleen pattern is effective.
