摘要/Abstract

摘要： 全面开展公立医院变革，取消药品加成，是本年度北京政府工作报告中重要的医改任务之一。随着国民生活水平的普遍提高，就医观念的改变，人民大众对医疗行业的要求也越来越高，为响应国家政府的号召，医药分开改革也就应运而生。本文运用SWOT分析法对北京医药改革实施情况进行了分析，分别全面分析了其内部优势与劣势、外部机会和威胁等因素。认为医药分开改革不仅仅具有内部优势和外部机遇，而且还存在不利条件和挑战。应该努力使其优势占据主导地位，弱化劣势。抓住机遇，做好风险防范，为中国医疗卫生、卫生科学和可持续发展提供借鉴与帮助，更好地为群众服务，真正做到以人为本，促进社会和谐发展。

Abstract: It is one of the important medical reform tasks to report on the change of public hospitals and the elimination of drug additions. With the general improvement of the standard of living of the people， the concept of medical treatment changes， the people of the medical industry requirements are getting higher and higher， in response to the call of the national government， medicine separation reform also came into being. In this paper， SWOT analysis is used to analyze the implementation of Beijing′s medical reform， and the internal advantages and disadvantages， external opportunities and threats are analyzed comprehensively. That the separation of medicine has not only internal advantages and external opportunities， but also the existence of adverse conditions and challenges.We should strive to dominate its dominance， weaken the disadvantages. Seize the opportunity， do a good job in risk prevention for China′s health care， health science and sustainable development to provide reference and help， serve the masses better， truly people-oriented， and promote social harmony and development.
