执业药师继续教育现状分析及对策探讨

摘要: 目的:分析研究执业药师继续教育现状,为加强执业药师继续教育提供参考。方法:对31个省(区、市)药品监督管理局2021年开展执业药师继续教育工作情况进行调研,了解开展继续教育管理机构、施教机构、学分授予、培训形式等基本情况,分析目前执业药师继续教育中存在问题,提出解决对策。结果:各地继续教育管理机构不统一,尚未建立施教机构竞争和退出机制,继续教育学分授予有待进一步规范,培训形式较为单一。结论:管理部门可制定完善执业药师继续教育相关制度,理顺管理体制;建立遴选标准,引入竞争机制;加强施教管理,提升培训质量;严格监督检查,全面加强管理,为保障执业药师继续教育权益,不断提高执业药师能力奠定基础。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze and study the status quo of continuing education for licensed pharmacists, and provide reference for strengthening the continuing education of licensed pharmacists.Methods:The work of continuing education for licensed pharmacists of 31 drug administrations in 2021 were investigated. The basic information of continuing education management institutions, teaching institutions, credit granting, training forms, etc were colcected. The existing problems in the continuing education for licensed pharmacists were analyzed, and the countermeasures were proposed.Results: Different regulatory bodies in different province, the competition and exit mechanism of educational institutions have not been established.The credit award of continving education needs to be futher standardized, and the traing form is relatively singce. Conclusion:The regulatory department shall formulate and improve the related system on continving education for license pharmacists, establish selection criteria and introduce a competition mechanism, strengthen teaching management and improve training quality, strictly supervise and inspect, and comprehensively strengthen management, so as to lay the foundation for ensuring the rights and interests of licensed pharmacists in continuing education and continuously improving the ability and quality of licensed pharmacists.
