姜黄素及其纳米制剂治疗关节炎的研究进展

Research Progress on Curcumin and Its Nanoformulation in the Treatment of Arthritis

摘要:

关节炎是发生于关节及关节周围组织的慢性炎症性疾病,为一种常见病,严重影响患者生活质量。目前关节炎的治疗主要通过药物、物理、手术等手段缓解患者症状,改善患者的关节功能。治疗关节炎的药物主要为非甾体抗炎药,但此类药物有一定的不良反应,影响长期使用。姜黄素具有降血脂、抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛、抗肿瘤等作用,大量药理研究表明,姜黄素在治疗关节炎方面具有极大潜力。但姜黄素存在水溶性差、稳定性差、生物利用度低等缺点,严重限制了其治疗关节炎的疗效和临床应用。研究表明,纳米制剂可有效解决以上问题,大大提高姜黄素的疗效。本研究从姜黄素治疗关节炎的作用机制、姜黄素生物利用度、姜黄素纳米制剂治疗关节炎等方面,对姜黄素、姜黄素纳米制剂治疗关节炎的最新研究进行综述,以期为姜黄素及其纳米制剂治疗关节炎,以及其他中药材的进一步开发提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in the joints and surrounding tissues and is a common disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present the treatment of arthritis is mainly through drug physica land surgical thearpy to relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the joint function of patients. The main drugs for the treatment of arthritis are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs but such drugs have certain adverse reactions affecting long-term use.Curcumin has hypolipidemic anti-inflammatory antioxidant analgesic antitumor effects and a large number of pharmacological studies have shown that curcumin has great potential in the treatment of arthritis. However curcumin has the disadvantages of poor aqueous solubility poor stability and low bioavailability which seriously limit its therapeutic efficacy and clinical application in the treatment of arthritis. Studies have shown that nanoformulations can effectively solve the above problems and greatly improve the efficacy of curcumin. In this study the latest research progress on curcumin and curcumin nanopreparations in the treatment of arthritis was reviewed in terms of the mechanism of action and clinical application of curcumin in the treatment of arthritis curcumin nanopreparation in the treatment of arthritis with the aim to providing a references for the treatment of arthritis with curcumin and its nanopreparations as well as for the further development of other traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.
