摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文以国家药品监督管理局“医疗器械唯一标识(UDI)系统”试点单位“上海中医药大学附属龙华医院”为背景案例，主要介绍了医疗机构在医用耗材管理中使用UDI标识为基础，建立医用耗材标准数据字典库，以数据流、信息流连接闭环，辅以智能化管理设施、设备，促使医用耗材实物流、资金流形成管理闭环，实现现代医疗机构的医用耗材管理信息化、智能化，在保证医用耗材安全性、有效性的同时，助力提升医疗机构的管理能力，实现降低运营成本的目标。

Abstract: Based on the background case of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， one of the units in unique device identification(UDI) system pilot program of National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)， this paper mainly introduces the UDI application in medical consumables management in hospital， establishment of a standard medical consumables dictionary database for connecting data flow and information flow into closed loop， supported by intelligent management facilities or equipment， to promote medical consumables real logistics to link with capital flow as closed ring， to accomplish the information-based and intelligent management for medical supplies in modernized hospital， to promote the management capacity of hospital and finally help decreasing the cost of operation while the safety and effectiveness are ensured.
