村镇一线防疫医务人员在COVID-19流行期间的压力感及心理状态调查

A Survey on Stress and Psychological Status Among Medical Staffs of Frontline Epidemic Prevention in Villages and Towns During the Epidemic of COVID-19

摘要: 目的:考察村镇一线防疫医务人员在新冠肺炎(COVID-19)流行期间的压力感及心理状态。方法:采用横断面调查方法,用统一的调查问卷对67名村镇一线防疫医务人员在COVID-19流行期间的压力感及心理状态进行调查。结果:89.6%的村镇一线防疫医务人员感受到了新型冠状病毒的危险性;95.5%的村镇一线防疫医务人员觉得工作时的压力比平时大;85.1%的村镇一线防疫医务人员对COVID-19有很强烈的感触,女性较男性强烈(P<0.05);大多数人有较好的社会支持感。结论:村镇一线防疫医务人员在COVID-19流行期间感受到了比平时更大的工作压力;对村镇一线防疫医务人员,尤其是女性医务人员应加强社会支持,提高其心理健康水平。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the job stress and psychological status among medical staffs of frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns during the epidemic of COVID-19. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the stress and psychological status of 67 medical staffs of frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns during the epidemic of COVID-19. Results: 89.6% of medical staffs of frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns felt the danger of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2); 95.5% of medical staffs of frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns felt greater job stress than usual; 85.1% of medical staffs of the frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns have strong feeling about COVID-19, and women are stronger than men (P<0.05). Most medical staffs have a better sense of social support. Conclusion: Medical staffs of frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns felt greater job stress than usual during the epidemic of COVID-19. Social support should be strengthened and mental health of medical staffs in frontline epidemic prevention in villages and towns should be improved, especially female medical staffs.
