Abstract: To effectively prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic from spreading，the PLA outpatient department launched the emergency response plan in time.Scientific prevention and control were carried out by setting up dedicated channels， standardizing the treatment process，strictly managing all kinds of personnel，strengthening the training of occupational protection， monitoring the epidemic situation.standardizing disinfection and other methods. After the confirmation of 3 cases of family aggregation COVID-19， no second generation infection case occurred in the camp， owing to further strengthening the camp control，strict screening of close contact personnel， timely isolation management. The practice of epidemic prevention and control is scientific and effective， which conforms to the actual situation of the basic outpatient department， and provides reference for the work of the basic outpatient department in dealing with infectious diseases.
