从硕博士学位论文分析透视国内实验室诊断领域的研究发展态势

Analysis on Development Trend of Laboratory Diagnosis Researches in China Based on Master′s and Doctoral Dissertations

摘要: 目的:分析探讨国内实验室诊断研究领域硕、博士学位论文的研究特点,揭示其发表情况、研究热点与前沿等,了解该领域的发展趋势,以期为相关学者了解学科发展动态提供一定的参考。方法:以中国知网为数据来源,采用VOSviewer 1.6.15和Excel 2019 分析、处理数据及绘制相应的可视化网络知识图谱。结果:共检索到相关硕士学位论文5228篇,其中重庆医科大学(289篇)发文量最多;相关博士学位论文568篇,其中北京协和医学院(46篇)发文量最多。对国内实验室诊断研究领域硕、博士学位论文的研究特点进行分析发现:硕士论文的主要研究内容为临床各种细菌耐药性相关研究,博士论文更偏向于病原菌耐药机制研究;临床检验诊断学是相关硕、博士学位论文中发文量最多的学科;硕士学位论文的国家级基金与其他级别的基金在数量上差距不大,临床检验诊断学、分析化学和内科学的硕士论文基金数量远高于其他专业;博士学位论文国家级基金数量远大于其他级别基金数量,且主要集中在临床检验诊断学和生物医学工程两个专业。结论:实验室诊断领域硕、博士学位论文所涉及的研究将临床检验诊断学和医学各专科、生物学、信息技术、化学等学科相结合,打破传统学科之间的壁垒,实现学科交叉融合;研究方向整体逐渐从宏观视角转向微观视角,研究广度与深度逐阶段扩展。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the research characteristics of domestic master and doctoral dissertations in the field of laboratory diagnosis research, reveal their publication status, research hotspots and frontiers, etc., reflect the development trend in the field of laboratory diagnosis, and provide reference for relevant scholars to understand the development trend of the discipline. Methods: CNKI was used as the data source, and VOSviewer 1.6.15 and Excel 2019 were used to analyze and process the data, and generate the corresponding visual network knowledge map. Results:A total of 5228 relevant master′s dissertations were retrieved, and the institution with the most number of dissertations was Chongqing Medical University (289 dissertations). 568 relevant doctoral dissertations were retrieved, among which Peking Union Medical College (46 dissertations) was the institution with the most number of dissertations. The analysis of their research characteristics revealed that the main research content of master′s dissertations were related to clinical researches on various bacterial drug resistance, while doctoral dissertations were more inclined to the researches on drug resistance mechanisms of pathogenic bacteria. Laboratory medicine was the subject with the most number of master′s and doctoral dissertations. There was not much difference in the number of national-level funds and other level funds among master′s dissertations.The number of funds for master′s dissertations in laboratory medicine, analytical chemistry and internal medicine was much higher than that of other majors. The number of national-level funds for doctoral dissertations was much larger than that of other level funds and the funds were mainly concentrated in clinical laboratory medicine and biomedical engineering. Conclusion: The researches of master′s and doctoral dissertations in the field of laboratory diagnostics combines laboratory medicine with various medical specialties, biology, information technology, chemistry and other disciplines, breaking the barriers between traditional disciplines and realizing interdisciplinary integration.The overall research direction is gradually shifting from the macroscopic perspective to the microscopic perspective, and the breadth and depth of the research are expanding step by step.
